If a subcontractor or material supplier has performed in\n\naccordance with the provisions of a construction contract, the prime\n\ncontractor shall make payment to the subcontractor or material\n\nsupplier no later than ten (10) calendar days after the prime\n\ncontractor receives its corresponding payment for the work\n\nperformed.\n\nB.
