Stat. tit. 61, § 61-307","heading":"Property conveyed for public college or university –","body":"Implementation of transfer to designated board of regents -\n\nLimitations in deed.\n\nA. Any property, real or personal, conveyed to the State of\n\nOklahoma for the purpose of establishing or for the use and benefit\n\nof any public college or university in the State of Oklahoma, shall\n\nupon a request submitted to the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices by the college or university which is the beneficiary of\n\nsuch conveyance, be conveyed to the board of regents of such college\n\nor university following a determination by the Office of Management\n\nand Enterprise Services, in its sole discretion, that such property\n\nhas been and continues to be used for the benefit of such college or\n\nuniversity.\n\nB. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services is\n\ndesignated to act on behalf of the State of Oklahoma to implement a\n\ntransfer from the State of Oklahoma to the designated board of\n\nregents of any property described in subsection A of this section.\n\nC. A recital by the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices in any deed (i) that said deed is executed pursuant to this\n\nsection or (ii) that the original purpose of the conveyance to the\n\nState of Oklahoma was for establishing or for the use and benefit of\n\nthe college or university grantee and that the property continues to\n\nbe used for the benefit of the college or university grantee shall\n\ncreate a conclusive presumption as to the facts contained in said\n\nrecital.","path":["OK Code","Title 61"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os61.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"948f6bedd7b05903bff5efbf790caba343c48c0f2f229e43ebddd47bb64ae20e","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-61-61-306","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-61-61-308"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
