Stat. tit. 61, § 61-314","heading":"Use of other state-owned lands by lessees","body":"The Office of Management and Enterprise Services may authorize\n\nthe use by the oil and gas lessees of the state-owned land that lies\n\nwest of the north portion of Lincoln Terrace Addition to Oklahoma\n\nCity, Oklahoma, and known as the State Historical Site, or such part\n\nthereof as may be necessary, as a base for the drilling, operating,\n\nand producing of a well to be directionally drilled and bottomed\n\nunder some part of Lincoln Terrace Addition to Oklahoma City,\n\nOklahoma, together with the right to drill such well through so much\n\nof said state-owned land as such lessees shall deem necessary to\n\ncause the bottom of the well to be located in or under said Lincoln\n\nTerrace Addition, on such terms and conditions and for such\n\nconsideration as the Office of Management and Enterprise Services\n\nmay prescribe.
