Stat. tit. 61, § 61-318","heading":"Lease of property formerly occupied by Russell Girls Home","body":"The Office of Management and Enterprise Services is hereby\n\nauthorized to lease the surface of a tract of land consisting of\n\nabout ten (10) acres located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, formerly\n\noccupied and used by the state for the Russell Girls Home. Said\n\nlease shall be only for temporary periods of time, and shall contain\n\na provision authorizing termination of such lease whenever the needs\n\nof state require said land.
