Stat. tit. 61, § 61-328","heading":"Facilities management software program – Authority to","body":"procure software and implement program.\n\nThe Office of Management and Enterprise Services may:\n\n1. Research and identify available facilities management\n\nsoftware applications and existing facilities management software\n\nsystems in other state agencies;\n\n2. Procure facilities management software in accordance with\n\nthe requirements of The Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act; and\n\n3. Implement a comprehensive statewide facilities management\n\nsoftware program in order to effectively identify state-owned real\n\nproperty and to efficiently and fiscally manage the long-range\n\ndeferred maintenance funding requirements of such real property.\n\nState agencies that have existing facilities management software\n\nsystems shall cooperate with the Office in the integration of\n\nexisting and future maintenance data into the statewide system\n\ndatabase. It shall not be a requirement that the software directly\n\ninterface with any other computer system. After full operational\n\nstatus of the management program is achieved, the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services shall make an annual facilities\n\ncondition assessment report to the Speaker of the Oklahoma House of\n\nRepresentatives, the President Pro Tempore of the State Senate, and\n\nthe Governor.
