Stat. tit. 61, § 61-5","heading":"Penalty for violating two preceding sections","body":"Any officer of the state, or of any county, city, township, or\n\nother municipality, or any person acting under or for such officer,\n\nor any contractor with the state, or any county, city, township, or\n\nother municipality thereof, or other persons violating any of the\n\nprovisions of the two preceding sections, shall for each offense be\n\nfined in any sum not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00), nor more than\n\nFive Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or punished by imprisonment of not\n\nless than three (3) months not more than six (6) months.
