Stat. tit. 61, § 61-60","heading":"Mandatory consultant and construction contract forms -","body":"Exceptions.\n\nAll state agencies, boards, commissions, offices, institutions,\n\nand other governmental bodies of this state, and all individuals\n\nrepresenting such entities, except the Department of Transportation,\n\nthe Oklahoma Turnpike Authority, the Oklahoma State Regents for\n\nHigher Education and its constituent institutions, and the\n\nCommissioners of the Land Office, the Oklahoma Municipal Power\n\nAuthority, shall use construction manager, consultant and\n\nconstruction contract forms that the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services requires to award and execute\n\ncontracts for designs to construct, renovate, alter, repair,\n\nmaintain, or improve real property or fixtures of real property of\n\nthe state.
