Stat. tit. 61, § 61-64","heading":"Misdemeanor offenses - Punishment","body":"Any construction manager or consultant or person doing\n\narchitectural, surveying or engineering work for the State of\n\nOklahoma, their agents, servants or employees, who shall receive\n\ngratuity from any contractor or builder of any public building or\n\nworks, or solicit, receive or make any political contribution from\n\nor to a contractor or builder of any public building or works, or\n\nwho attempts to interfere with the competitive bidding process of\n\nthe State of Oklahoma in any manner, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and\n\nupon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than One Hundred\n\nDollars ($100.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), and\n\nby imprisonment in the county jail for not less than six (6) months\n\nnor more than one (1) year.
