Stat. tit. 62, § 62-111","heading":"Registered bonds issued on surrender of coupon bonds","body":"Upon application of the holders of any coupon bonds heretofore\n\nissued or hereafter to be issued by the State of Oklahoma, the right\n\nto exchange which is not expressed on the face of such bonds, and\n\nupon the surrender of such bonds at the office of the State\n\nTreasurer, he, the State Treasurer or an appointed agent as provided\n\nin the Registered Public Obligations Act of Oklahoma, is hereby\n\nauthorized to issue to and in the name of such holders, registered\n\nbonds of the State of Oklahoma of like tenor, maturity and amount in\n\none or more certificates of the denomination of One Thousand Dollars\n\n($1,000.00), or any multiple thereof, equal to the face value of the\n\ncoupon bonds surrendered, and the coupon bonds so surrendered, and\n\nthe coupons attached thereto, shall be canceled by the State\n\nTreasurer immediately upon being surrendered to him.
