Stat. tit. 62, § 62-113","heading":"Transfer - How made","body":"Upon the application of the holders of registered bonds of the\n\nState of Oklahoma issued pursuant to the provisions of this act, and\n\nupon presentation of such bonds at the office of the State\n\nTreasurer, he, the State Treasurer, is hereby authorized to transfer\n\nthe same on the books of the state to such persons or corporations\n\nas may be designated in the application. The transfer of said bonds\n\nshall be written or printed on the back of the bonds and shall be\n\nacknowledged before a notary public or other officer authorized\n\nunder the laws of this state to take acknowledgments to deeds or\n\ntransfers of real estate, or the signatures of the registered\n\nholders of the bonds shall be attested by the fiscal agent of the\n\nState of Oklahoma, in the City of New York. Application for\n\ntransfers must be filed in the office of the State Treasurer at\n\nleast fifteen (15) days before the date of payment of the semiannual\n\ninterest next due on the bonds.
