Stat. tit. 62, § 62-115","heading":"Issuance of bonds - Attorney General's duties","body":"All registered bonds issued under this act shall be signed by\n\nthe Governor under the great seal of this state, and attested by the\n\nSecretary of State and the State Treasurer. Facsimile signatures\n\nand seals may be used as provided in the Registered Public\n\nObligations Act of Oklahoma. The bonds shall have endorsed thereon a\n\ncertificate signed by the State Auditor and Inspector and Attorney\n\nGeneral of the state, showing that such bond is issued pursuant to\n\nlaw and is within the debt limit.
