Stat. tit. 62, § 62-120.3","heading":"Advertisement and bids","body":"In connection with every cash sale of state equipment, for the\n\npurpose stated in this act, the purchasing officer of department,\n\ninstitution or agency shall either publicly advertise the sale of\n\nequipment or secure at least three bids in writing, unless the\n\nestimated sale value is less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
