Stat. tit. 62, § 62-13","heading":"Duties of Bond Commissioner - Certificate - Bonds","body":"incontestable after 30 days.\n\nIt shall be the duty of the Bond Commissioner to prepare uniform\n\nforms and prescribe a method of procedure under the laws of the\n\nstate in all cases where it is desired to issue public securities or\n\nbonds, in any county, township, municipality or political or other\n\nsubdivisions thereof of the State of Oklahoma; and it shall be the\n\nfurther duty of said Bond Commissioner to examine into and pass upon\n\nany security so issued, and such security, when declared by the\n\ncertificate of said Bond Commissioner to be issued in accordance\n\nwith the forms of procedure so provided shall be incontestable in\n\nany court in the State of Oklahoma unless suit thereon shall be\n\nbrought in a court having jurisdiction of the same within thirty\n\n(30) days from the date of the approval thereof by the Bond\n\nCommissioner.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"674b14c9a970d332db2987e673ab208b3454d4ffadfcc33abff22ed46c970448","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-120.4","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-139.42"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
