There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for each of the following state boards, commissions, and\n\ndepartments:\n\n1. The Board of Governors of the Licensed Architects, Landscape\n\nArchitects and Registered Commercial Interior Designers of Oklahoma;\n\n2. Oklahoma Funeral Board;\n\n3. Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners;\n\n4. Board of Chiropractic Examiners;\n\n5. State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision;\n\n6. Oklahoma Board of Nursing;\n\n7. State Board of Osteopathic Examiners;\n\n8. State Board of Pharmacy;\n\n9. State Board of Licensed Social Workers;\n\n10. Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission;\n\n11. Oklahoma Real Estate Commission; and\n\n12. Santa Claus Commission.\n\nB. Each revolving fund shall consist of all monies received by\n\nthe boards, commissions, and departments, pursuant to statutory\n\nauthority, but not including appropriated funds. These revolving\n\nfunds shall be continuing funds, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations and shall be under the control and management of the\n\nadministrative authorities of the respective boards, commissions, or\n\ndepartments.\n\nC. Expenditures from the revolving funds shall be made pursuant\n\nto the laws of the state and the statutes relating to the boards,\n\ncommissions, and departments, and without legislative appropriation.\n\nWarrants for expenditures from the revolving funds shall be drawn by\n\nthe State Treasurer, based on claims signed by an authorized\n\nemployee or employees of the respective boards, commissions, or\n\ndepartments and approved for payment by the Director of the Office\n\nof Management and Enterprise Services.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"4b937ebd9185d935c3c0f66cba3cc9145265fafad5a94a610ec27d01b0c14af3","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-15","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-156"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
