Stat. tit. 62, § 62-156","heading":"Education Television Authority Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Educational Television Authority to be designated\n\n\"The Educational Television Authority Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall consist of monies received by the Oklahoma Educational\n\nTelevision Authority pursuant to statutory provisions, but not\n\nincluding appropriated funds. The revolving fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations and shall be\n\nunder the administrative direction of the Oklahoma Educational\n\nTelevision Authority. Expenditures from said fund shall be made\n\npursuant to the laws of this state and the statutes relating to the\n\nsaid Authority, and without legislative appropriation.
