Stat. tit. 62, § 62-157","heading":"Will Rogers Memorial Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Historical Society, on behalf of the Will Rogers\n\nMemorial, to be designated \"The Will Rogers Memorial Revolving\n\nFund\". The fund shall consist of monies received by the Oklahoma\n\nHistorical Society pursuant to statutory provisions, but not\n\nincluding appropriated funds. The revolving fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations and shall be\n\nunder the administrative direction of the Oklahoma Historical\n\nSociety, on behalf of the Will Rogers Memorial. Expenditures from\n\nthe fund shall be made pursuant to the laws of this state and the\n\nstatutes relating to the Memorial, and without legislative\n\nappropriation.
