Stat. tit. 62, § 62-159","heading":"State Election Board Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Secretary of the State Election Board. Said revolving fund\n\nshall consist of all monies received by the Secretary of the State\n\nElection Board under 26 O.S. 1971, Sections 161, 165a, 391 and 392.\n\nThe revolving fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations. Expenditures from said fund shall be made\n\npursuant to the laws of this state and the statutes relating to the\n\nSecretary of the State Election Board, and without legislative\n\nappropriation.
