Stat. tit. 62, § 62-16","heading":"Bond counsel","body":"In each instance of the issuance of general obligation or\n\nrevenue bonds by the State of Oklahoma or any political subdivision\n\nthereof, or by any trust or other agency on behalf of any such\n\nentity, the issuer may be represented by bond counsel. Such bond\n\ncounsel is prohibited from representing or receiving compensation\n\nfrom underwriters or the purchasers of the bonds for the same\n\nissuance.
