Stat. tit. 62, § 62-160.1","heading":"Comprehensive Cancer Center Debt Service Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center to be\n\ndesignated the \"Comprehensive Cancer Center Debt Service Revolving\n\nFund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies apportioned to the\n\nfund pursuant to Sections 302-5 and 402-3 of Title 68 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund\n\nare hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nUniversity for the purpose of construction, operations and servicing\n\ndebt obligations incurred by the University to construct a\n\nnationally designated comprehensive cancer center. The cancer\n\ncenter constructed shall include a department known as the Janna L.\n\nRobbins Memorial Colorectal Screening and Research Department that\n\nhas a primary function of conducting research and screening\n\nprocedures for the treatment and detection of colorectal cancer.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e32b5c46b7a47b0ef874a5234f8c4d6738898510afe7d749e8cba248d27bf4fc","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-16","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-160.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
