Stat. tit. 62, § 62-160.2","heading":"Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic","body":"Medicine Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine to\n\nbe designated the \"Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic\n\nMedicine Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies\n\napportioned to the fund pursuant to Sections 302-5 and 402-3 of\n\nTitle 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes. All monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic\n\nMedicine for the purpose of servicing debt obligations for\n\nconstruction of a building dedicated to telemedicine to expand\n\ntelemedicine to rural areas, for the purchase of telemedicine\n\nequipment and to provide uninsured/indigent care in Tulsa County.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"11eea6e937226ddbd6969798a0faaaea01acc6bf09c1c9faf004ff75452c9cb5","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-160.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-161"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
