Stat. tit. 62, § 62-161","heading":"Revolving funds created","body":"There is hereby created a hospital revolving fund for the\n\nMedical Department of the State University and also a revolving fund\n\nfor the University of Oklahoma; also a revolving fund for the\n\nSouthern Oklahoma Resource Center of Pauls Valley, the Oklahoma\n\nSchool for the Deaf at Sulphur, the Oklahoma School for the Blind at\n\nMuskogee, the Oklahoma College of Liberal Arts at Chickasha, Griffin\n\nMemorial Hospital at Norman, Western State Psychiatric Center at\n\nFort Supply, Eastern State Hospital at Vinita, the Northern Oklahoma\n\nResource Center of Enid, located at Enid, Oklahoma, the Whitaker\n\nState Children's Home at Pryor, the Taft State Children's Home at\n\nTaft, Oklahoma State University at Stillwater, Langston University\n\nat Langston, for the Smith Lever Fund for the cooperation of\n\nagricultural extension work by the federal government with the\n\nstate, and for the Morrill Fund to be expended and applied solely\n\nfor instruction in agriculture and mechanical arts, the English\n\nlanguage and the various branches of mathematical, physical and\n\neconomical science, with special reference to these applications in\n\nthe industries of life, and for any purpose for which said funds are\n\npermitted to be expended by the United States government and for the\n\nHatch and Adams Fund for certain experiments and classes of\n\nscientific work as prescribed by the federal government and state\n\nand on sales station funds and other funds as hereinafter provided\n\nfor the purpose of conducting and maintaining the dairy, livestock\n\nand farm departments for said institution, the said funds coming\n\nfrom the federal government to be available only for the purpose and\n\nin the manner contemplated by the Congress of the United States; a\n\nrevolving fund for the Oklahoma Panhandle State University at\n\nGoodwell and for the Commissioners of the Land Office; also a\n\nrevolving fund for each of the following institutions, to wit: the\n\nNortheastern State Normal at Tahlequah, the Southeastern State\n\nNormal at Durant, the East Central State Normal at Ada, the\n\nNortheastern State Normal at Alva, the Southwestern State Normal at\n\nWeatherford, and the Central State Normal at Edmond, and the School\n\nof Mines and Metallurgy at Wilburton, the University Preparatory\n\nSchool at Tonkawa, the Eastern University Preparatory School at\n\nClaremore, the Home for the Aged and Infirm, the Murray Agricultural\n\nSchool at Tishomingo, the Connor Agricultural School at Warner, the\n\nCameron Agricultural School at Lawton, the West Oklahoma Orphan Home\n\nat Helena, each of said revolving funds shall be available for the\n\npurposes indicated and as now and hereafter authorized by law.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"34bc1fba66648e620e463bcdbf10134a3be71fbc676b5ddf8b03fbffbdd13e37","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-160.2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-165"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
