Stat. tit. 62, § 62-166d","heading":"Southern Oklahoma Resource Center of Pauls Valley -","body":"Disposition of certain bonuses and royalties.\n\nAll royalty monies received upon behalf of this state, any and\n\nall bonus monies received upon behalf of this state, and any and all\n\ndelay rentals received upon behalf of this state, in connection with\n\nor pursuant to the provisions of any oil and gas lease covering any\n\nof the lands occupied by, or assigned to the use of, the Southern\n\nOklahoma Resource Center of Pauls Valley, entered into by the Office\n\nof Management and Enterprise Services, shall be deposited in the\n\nrevolving fund of the Southern Oklahoma Resource Center of Pauls\n\nValley and shall be expended by said institution in the same manner\n\nthat other treasury funds of said institution are expended as long\n\nas the Southern Oklahoma Resource Center of Pauls Valley remains in\n\noperation and for three (3) months thereafter. Upon expiration of\n\nthe three (3) months after closure, the revenue shall be placed in a\n\nspecial agency clearing account to be used for establishing and\n\nmaintaining community households for people with intellectual\n\ndisabilities served by Developmental Disabilities Services at the\n\nDepartment of Human Services. The Department of Human Services\n\nshall promulgate rules for the administration of the fund and\n\nspecific items allowed.
