Stat. tit. 62, § 62-178","heading":"Composition of fund - Appropriations and incomes","body":"The said fund shall consist of all appropriations made for such\n\npurpose and shall include all net earnings or profits derived from\n\nall business enterprises, occupations, factories, shops,\n\nmanufacturing, farming, dairying, livestock, and poultry raising, or\n\nany other business enterprise or undertaking that may be conducted\n\nand carried on by said institution by and through its administrative\n\nofficers subject to the supervision and authority of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services as an ex officio board of control\n\nor their successors or such supervising or managing officers as may\n\nbe provided for by law.
