Stat. tit. 62, § 62-183","heading":"Purposes for which fund expended","body":"The monies in said revolving fund may be expended for the\n\nfollowing purposes:\n\n(a) For the purchase of livestock to replace livestock sold or\n\nused in connection with said institution and the keeping up and\n\nmaintaining its dairy herd;\n\n(b) For the purchase of material, appliances and equipment used\n\nin such business enterprises, occupations, factories, or shops, and\n\nother business carried on at such institutions;\n\n(c) For the purchase of food, cooking utensils and\n\nmiscellaneous articles used in connection with the serving of meals;\n\n(d) For the purchase of materials and parts necessary in repairing\n\nand maintaining the machinery and equipment for the industries of\n\nsaid institution, and for the payment of labor incidental thereto;\n\n(e) For the purchase of supplies, books, or any other articles\n\nnecessary in carrying on the training program of said school.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9826bb7c094608092a1d4443a562e803f09381f9cd85900640500103ad3d4af6","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-182","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-186"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
