There is hereby created a petty cash fund at each of the\n\nfollowing institutions: Oklahoma School for the Blind, Muskogee,\n\nOklahoma; Oklahoma School for the Deaf, Sulphur, Oklahoma; Griffin\n\nMemorial Hospital, Norman, Oklahoma; Eastern State Hospital, Vinita,\n\nOklahoma; Northern Oklahoma Resource Center of Enid, Enid, Oklahoma;\n\nSouthern Oklahoma Resource Center of Pauls Valley, Pauls Valley,\n\nOklahoma; Western State Psychiatric Center, Fort Supply, Oklahoma;\n\nCentral Oklahoma Juvenile Treatment Center, Tecumseh, Oklahoma; L.E.\n\nRader Children's Diagnostic and Evaluation Center, Sand Springs,\n\nOklahoma; L.E. Rader Intensive Treatment Center, Sand Springs,\n\nOklahoma; the Southwest Oklahoma Juvenile Center, Manitou, Oklahoma;\n\nthe Office of Juvenile Affairs' Boys' Group Home, Enid, Oklahoma;\n\nthe Office of Juvenile Affairs' Boys' Group Home, Lawton, Oklahoma;\n\nthe Office of Juvenile Affairs' Girls' Group Home, Tulsa, Oklahoma;\n\nthe Oklahoma Medical Center; and the J.D. McCarty Center for\n\nChildren with Developmental Disabilities.\n\n2. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices and the head of the institution involved are hereby\n\nauthorized and it shall be their duty to fix the maximum amount of\n\nthe petty cash funds. The Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services shall prescribe all forms, systems, and\n\nprocedures for administering the petty cash funds of the\n\ninstitution.\n\nB. 1. There is hereby created a petty cash fund in the legal\n\ndivision of the Department of Human Services which fund shall be\n\nused solely to pay court costs, filing fees, witness fees, and\n\nexpenses related to any case or proceeding within the responsibility\n\nof the legal division.\n\n2. There is hereby created a petty cash fund in the Child\n\nSupport Enforcement Division of the Department of Human Services.\n\nThe fund shall be used solely to pay litigation expenses, including\n\ncourt costs, filing fees, witness fees, and expenses related to any\n\ncase or proceeding within the responsibility of the Child Support\n\nEnforcement Division.\n\n3. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices and the Director of the Department of Human Services are\n\nhereby authorized and it shall be their duty to fix the maximum\n\namount of the petty cash funds. The Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services shall prescribe all forms,\n\nsystems, and procedures for administering the petty cash funds.\n\nC. 1. There is hereby created a petty cash fund in the finance\n\ndepartment of the Corporation Commission which shall be used solely\n\nto pay litigation expenses of the legal division, including court\n\ncosts, filing fees, witness fees, and other expenses related to any\n\ncase, proceeding, or matter within the responsibility of the legal\n\ndivision.\n\n2. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices and the Corporation Commission are hereby authorized and it\n\nshall be their duty to fix the maximum amount of the petty cash\n\nfund, not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). The Director of\n\nthe Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall prescribe all\n\nforms, systems, and procedures for administering the petty cash\n\nfund.\n\nD. 1. There is hereby created a petty cash fund for the\n\nProperty Distribution Division of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services.\n\n2. The amount of the Property Distribution petty cash fund\n\nshall not exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). The initial amount\n\nshall be drawn by warrant from the State Surplus Property Revolving\n\nFund. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices is authorized to prescribe forms, systems and procedures\n\nfor the administration of the Property Distribution petty cash fund.\n\nE. 1. There is hereby created a petty cash fund in the legal\ninitial amount\n\nshall be drawn by warrant from the State Surplus Property Revolving\n\nFund. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices is authorized to prescribe forms, systems and procedures\n\nfor the administration of the Property Distribution petty cash fund.\n\nE. 1. There is hereby created a petty cash fund in the legal\n\ndivision of the Oklahoma Health Care Authority which fund shall be\n\nused solely to pay for court costs, filing fees, witness fees, and\n\nexpenses related to any case or proceeding within the responsibility\n\nof the legal division.\n\n2. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices and the Chief Executive Officer of the Oklahoma Health Care\n\nAuthority are hereby authorized and it shall be their duty to fix\n\nthe maximum amount of the petty cash fund, not to exceed Five\n\nHundred Dollars ($500.00). The Director of the Office of Management\n\nand Enterprise Services shall prescribe all forms, systems, and\n\nprocedures for administering the petty cash fund.\n\nF. 1. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices is hereby authorized, upon request by the State\n\nCommissioner of Health, to establish a petty cash fund for the State\n\nDepartment of Health in an amount not to exceed One Thousand Dollars\n\n($1,000.00), to be used for the purpose of making change for persons\n\nobtaining licenses, paying fees and fines, and transacting other\n\nsuch business with the Department.\n\n2. The fund shall be established and replenished from any\n\nmonies available to the Department for operating expenses.\n\n3. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices shall prescribe all forms, systems, and procedures for\n\nadministering the fund.\n\nG. 1. There is hereby created a petty cash fund for the\n\nFinancial Management section of the Department of Environmental\n\nQuality in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) to\n\nbe used for the purpose of making change for persons obtaining\n\nlicenses, paying fees and fines and transacting other such business\n\nwith the Department.\n\n2. The fund shall be established and replenished from any\n\nmonies available to the Department for operating expenses.\n\n3.
