Stat. tit. 62, § 62-2006","heading":"Rural Economic Action Plan Fund - Establishment -","body":"Accounts.\n\nA. There is hereby established a fund within the State Treasury\n\nto be known as the Rural Economic Action Plan Fund, to be\n\nadministered by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce. The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations. Within\n\nthe Rural Economic Action Plan Fund there shall be established\n\nseparate accounts as prescribed by Section 2004 of this title into\n\nwhich shall be deposited such funds as may be provided by law.\n\nB. Except as otherwise provided by Section 2004 of this title,\n\none of nine accounts shall be available to each entity described in\n\nsubsection A of Section 2007 of this title.\n\nC. Except as otherwise provided by Section 2004 of this title,\n\none account shall be divided equally into two subaccounts. One of\n\nthe two subaccounts shall be available to each of the entities\n\ndescribed by subsection B of Section 2007 of this title for\n\ndistribution to any city or town within the respective jurisdiction\n\nof the entity if the population of such city or town does not exceed\n\nseven thousand (7,000) persons according to the latest Federal\n\nDecennial Census or for the benefit of an unincorporated area.\n\nFunds may also be expended for any city or town with a population\n\nbelow seven thousand (7,000) persons based upon the current\n\npopulation estimate according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Funds may\n\nbe expended for such cities and towns until the next following\n\nFederal Decennial Census.\n\nD. No funds deposited into one account or subaccount shall be\n\ntransferred to any other account. No entity may access any more\n\nthan one account per fiscal year and the total expenditure from any\n\none account for each fiscal year may not exceed the amount of funds\n\navailable to each account as may be provided by law.\n\nE.
