Stat. tit. 62, § 62-203","heading":"Apportionment of monies to General Revenue Fund -","body":"Exceptions.\n\nA. Except as otherwise provided by subsection B of this\n\nsection, all monies that may come into the State Treasury, pursuant\n\nto the provisions of Section 201 et seq. of this title, together\n\nwith all amounts that may be received by the State Treasurer as\n\ninvestment income or as interest on average daily bank balances,\n\nincluding investment income or interest on deposits from funds\n\ndeposited to the credit of the Constitutional Reserve Fund created\n\npursuant to Section 23 of Article X of the Oklahoma Constitution,\n\nshall be apportioned and credited to the General Revenue Fund for\n\nthe current year.\n\nB. The provisions of subsection A of this section shall not\n\napply to:\n\n1. Interest received on deposits from funds under the control\n\nof the Commissioners of the Land Office;\n\n2. Funds in the Department of Human Services Federal\n\nDisallowance Fund;\n\n3. Interest received on deposits from funds under the control\n\nof the Santa Claus Commission;\n\n4. The Risk Management Revolving Fund;\n\n5. Investment income and interest received from funds in the\n\nQuartz Mountain Revolving Fund from insurance claims;\n\n6. The Drinking Water Treatment Revolving Loan Account and the\n\nDrinking Water Treatment Loan Administrative Fund;\n\n7. The Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan Account and the\n\nClean Water State Revolving Fund Loan Administrative Fund;\n\n8. The State Infrastructure Bank Revolving Fund;\n\n9. The Nursing Facility Quality of Care Fund;\n\n10. The Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department Revolving\n\nFund effective July 1, 2003;\n\n11. The Golf Course Operations Revolving Fund effective July 1,\n\n2003; and\n\n12. Interest received on investments from funds in the County\n\nBridge and Road Improvement Fund, the Emergency and Transportation\n\nRevolving Fund, the County Road Machinery and Equipment Revolving\n\nFund, the High Priority State Bridge Revolving Fund as created in\n\nSection 506 of Title 69 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and the County\n\nImprovements for Roads and Bridges Fund as created in Section 507 of\n\nTitle 69 of the Oklahoma Statutes.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0e3f78d0cd2e6453704fef609560f1e20eb3e9424101c8a7bb62a0564b14883d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-2024","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-204"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
