Stat. tit. 62, § 62-2102","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. \"Community\" means a county, city, town or unincorporated\n\nplace located within the State of Oklahoma having a population of\n\nless than seven thousand (7,000) persons, according to the latest\n\nFederal Decennial Census;\n\n2. \"Establishment\" means any legally recognized business entity\n\nengaged in manufacturing;\n\n3. \"Industrial facility\" means real property or personal\n\nproperty or fixtures attached to real property at which an\n\nestablishment engages in a manufacturing activity within a community\n\nif the total area in which the manufacturing takes place does not\n\nexceed one hundred thousand (100,000) square feet; and\n\n4. \"Manufacturing\" means any activity described under any Major\n\nGroup classification of Division D of the Standard Industrial\n\nClassification Manual, latest version.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"b96d2b1d567cd93b6d91b1b54b18b85085cc0421940ee80361204fe35a818611","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-2101","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-2103"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
