For the purpose of developing, constructing, or improving an\n\nindustrial facility, a community shall be eligible to apply for a\n\ngrant from the Industrial Facilities Development Fund through the\n\nOklahoma Department of Commerce.\n\nB. In order to be eligible for a grant, the community must\n\nestablish to the Department that it:\n\n1. Has previously demonstrated an ability to recruit new\n\nmanufacturing business activity. A community may satisfy this\n\nrequirement by proving that an establishment has located a\n\nmanufacturing activity within the community employing at least ten\n\npersons not more than five (5) years prior to the date as of which\n\nthe community makes application for funding; or\n\n2. Employs at least one person on a full-time basis or is\n\nbenefited by the efforts of at least one full-time employee of a\n\nlocal chamber of commerce or similar organization whose principal\n\nduty is the recruitment of new business activity to the community.\n\nC.
