Created the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust Fund, the\n\nBoard of Investors of the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust Fund,\n\nand the Board of Directors of the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust\n\nFund;\n\n2. Directs the apportionment of revenues from settlements with\n\nor judgments against tobacco companies between the Tobacco\n\nSettlement Endowment Trust Fund and a special fund established for\n\nthe purpose of receiving tobacco settlement payments not deposited\n\nto the trust fund; and\n\n3.
