Stat. tit. 62, § 62-2305","heading":"Board of Investors of the Tobacco Settlement Endowment","body":"Trust Fund.\n\nA. Section 40 of Article X of the Oklahoma Constitution created\n\nthe Board of Investors of the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust\n\nFund.\n\nB. The members of the Board of Investors shall receive no\n\nsalary for serving on the Board. All members shall receive\n\nnecessary travel expenses for the performance of their duties in\n\naccordance with the provisions of the State Travel Reimbursement\n\nAct.\n\nC. The terms of the Board of Investors shall be staggered as\n\nprovided by subsection A of Section 2304 of this title.\n\nD. The Board shall annually elect a vice-chair, who shall\n\npreside over meetings in the absence of the State Treasurer, and any\n\nother officers, provided that no member shall be elected vice-chair\n\nfor more than two (2) consecutive years. The Board shall meet at\n\nleast quarterly.\n\nE.
