Section 40 of Article X of the Oklahoma Constitution created\n\nthe Board of Directors of the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust\n\nFund.\n\nB. The members of the Board of Directors shall receive no\n\nsalary for serving on the Board. All members shall receive\n\nnecessary travel expenses for the performance of their official\n\nduties in accordance with the provisions of the State Travel\n\nReimbursement Act, provided that members of the Board of Directors\n\nshall be paid necessary travel expenses pursuant to the State Travel\n\nReimbursement Act by their appointing authority until the Board of\n\nDirectors adopts its initial budget and monies are made available\n\nfor expenditures pursuant to the budget.\n\nC. The Board of Directors shall serve at the pleasure of their\n\nappointing authority, not to exceed a seven-year term of office.\n\nD. The Board of Directors shall annually elect a chair and any\n\nother officers, provided that no member shall be elected chair for\n\nmore than two (2) consecutive years.\n\nE.
