Stat. tit. 62, § 62-255.2","heading":"Pandemic Relief Primary Source Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury until July 1,\n\n2028, a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce to be\n\ndesignated the \"Pandemic Relief Primary Source Revolving Fund\".\n\nExcept as otherwise provided in this section, the fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies directed for deposit to the fund by law. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand shall be awarded by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce through\n\ngrants to enhance industrial parks, airparks, and ports to cover\n\ncosts related to water, wastewater, sewer, and broadband projects\n\neligible under the provisions of the American Rescue Plan Act of\n\n2021 that support sites or surrounding communities identified by the\n\nDepartment as having such needs prior to the passage of this act and\n\nas discussed in the Transportation, Infrastructure, and Rural\n\nDevelopment Working Group public meeting on September 15, 2022.\n\nSuch funds shall be utilized in a manner consistent with the\n\nrecommendations adopted by the Joint Committee on Pandemic Relief\n\nFunding on September 20, 2022.\n\nExpenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued\n\nby the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law\n\nwith the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5140f1c89dd3be1d123bb1a8701e7b6c6d483640f2de30f497c78102f37bcd4c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-255.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-255.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
