Stat. tit. 62, § 62-255.3","heading":"Pandemic Relief Secondary Source Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury until July 1,\n\n2028, a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce to be\n\ndesignated the \"Pandemic Relief Secondary Source Revolving Fund\".\n\nExcept as otherwise provided in this section, the fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies directed for deposit to the fund by law. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand shall be awarded by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce through\n\ngrants to cover costs that are:\n\n1. Directly associated with industrial parks, airparks, and\n\nports at least partially funded by an appropriation from the\n\nStatewide Recovery Fund of the State Treasury created in Enrolled\n\nHouse Bill No. 3349 of the 2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma\n\nLegislature, with priority given to projects partially funded by the\n\nPandemic Relief Primary Source Revolving Fund; and\n\n2. Anticipated by the Department to be ineligible expenditures\n\nfor reimbursement under the provisions of the American Rescue Plan\n\nAct of 2021.\n\nExpenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued\n\nby the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law\n\nwith the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9e77670227275d1f9f0daceb272001a8ec3ff3134e7f7e14c0e2bd68642160de","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-255.2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-255.4"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
