There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Workforce Commission to be designated the\n\n\"Workforce Coordination Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies directed for deposit by law from the Statewide\n\nRecovery Fund in Section 255 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Commission for\n\nthe purpose of creating a workforce data integration system,\n\nproviding grants for critical workforce needs, and administering\n\nthese projects. No funds shall be used for expenses that violate\n\nthe federal guidelines for the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021,\n\nPublic Law No. 117-2, or be used for projects not in accordance with\n\npolicy enacted under the efforts of the Education and Economic\n\nDevelopment Working Group within the Joint Committee on Pandemic\n\nRelief Funding. Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon\n\nwarrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nB.
