There is hereby created in the State Treasury a special fund\n\nto be designated the \"ARPA Administrative Costs Fund\". Such fund\n\nshall be subject to legislative appropriation or transfer as\n\nprovided by law and shall consist of all such monies as the\n\nLegislature may direct to be appropriated or transferred to said\n\nfund.\n\nB. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, all\n\ninterest and income derived from deposits to the ARPA Administrative\n\nCosts Fund shall be credited to the ARPA Administrative Costs Fund.\n\nC.
