Stat. tit. 62, § 62-262","heading":"Partial invalidity","body":"The provisions of this act are declared to be severable, and if\n\nany section, sentence, clause or part thereof be held invalid or\n\nunconstitutional for any reason, or the application thereof to any\n\nbank, person or circumstance is held invalid such invalidity or\n\nunconstitutionality or application shall not affect the remainder of\n\nthe act, and the application thereof to other banks, persons or\n\ncircumstances shall not be affected thereby.
