Stat. tit. 62, § 62-263","heading":"State checks or vouchers unpaid after 90 days -","body":"Cancellation.\n\nAll depository checks or vouchers issued after June 30, 1980, by\n\nany state officer, department, board, commission, institution or\n\nagency in payment of any obligation of the state which shall for any\n\ncause remain unpaid and outstanding for a period of ninety (90) days\n\nshall be canceled. Where the account originally charged can be\n\nidentified the cancellation shall have the effect of restoring to\n\nthe account the amount theretofore charged.
