Stat. tit. 62, § 62-275.7","heading":"Storage facilities - Duties of Director - Construction,","body":"rent or lease - Contracts.\n\nThe Director of the Department of Human Services is hereby\n\nauthorized to provide any storage facilities which in the judgment\n\nof the Commission for Human Services is needed to store paid\n\nwarrants from the administration account of the Human Services\n\nMedical and Assistance Fund under the control of the Commission for\n\nHuman Services. The Department of Human Services is authorized to\n\nconstruct, rent or lease any necessary storage facilities, and to\n\nalter, or to enter into contracts for the alteration of such storage\n\nfacilities to place them in a condition for proper protection of\n\nsuch records.
