Stat. tit. 62, § 62-276.1","heading":"Creation of fund - Use","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of the Secretary of State to be designated the\n\n\"Revolving Fund for the Office of the Secretary of State\". The\n\nrevolving fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of fees and monies received by\n\nthe Office of the Secretary of State for reproducing records or\n\nother papers or documents, and such other fees as are directed by\n\nlaw to be deposited in this fund, and any other miscellaneous\n\nreceipts not otherwise directed by law. All monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Office of the Secretary of State for costs incurred\n\nin performing the duties and functions of the Office.
