Stat. tit. 62, § 62-278.1","heading":"Creation - Composition - Expenditure of moneys","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund to be\n\nknown as the \"Anti-Recession Fiscal Assistance Fund.\" Said fund\n\nshall consist of all monies received by the state from entitlements\n\nunder Title II of the Public Works Employment Act of 1976 (Public\n\nLaw 94-369), including interest earned thereon as hereinafter\n\nprovided.
