Stat. tit. 62, § 62-306","heading":"Compromise and settlement of amount due under certain","body":"bonds and warrants and charged against property.\n\nThe holder of any matured and unpaid street improvement bonds\n\nor warrants, or district sanitary sewer, or storm sewer, or sidewalk\n\nwarrants, issued by any municipal corporation of this state, whether\n\nsuch bond or warrant be unpaid in part or in whole, together with\n\nthe owner of any property which is or shall be charged with a lien\n\nfor the payment of any such matured and unpaid bond or warrant, in\n\nwhole or in part, by virtue of the act or acts under which such bond\n\nor warrant may have been issued, and together with the mayor and\n\ncity council of the issuing municipality are hereby authorized to\n\nenter into a compromise and settlement of the amount due thereon and\n\ncharged against any such property.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"08e2b869737b0570a46c41ba4140d0a3321792187554bf9bca7ab374f95bdb71","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-305.2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-306a"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
