Stat. tit. 62, § 62-306a","heading":"Form and contents of compromise settlement","body":"\n\nSuch compromise settlement shall be in writing and shall\n\nprescribe the bond or bonds, or warrant or warrants involved, the\n\ndate of issuance and maturity thereof; and the ordinance under which\n\nthe same were issued; it shall also describe the property sought to\n\nbe discharged and shall specify the total consideration for such\n\nsettlement and the proportions of the same which the bondholder or\n\nwarrant holder and the municipality shall each receive.
