No retirement bill may be introduced by any member of the\n\nLegislature unless, at the time of its introduction, the bill has\n\nprinted thereon in the upper right portion of each page of the bill\n\nan RB number. Once a retirement bill is presented to the\n\nLegislative Actuary, unless as otherwise provided by this\n\nsubsection, neither the applicable staff nor any person shall make\n\nany change in the retirement bill prior to its introduction into the\n\nLegislature unless the bill is returned to the applicable staff\n\noffice and that office assigns a new RB number to the bill. A\n\nchange in a retirement bill by the applicable legislative staff to\n\ncorrect nonsubstantive errors shall not require the assignment of a\n\nnew RB number.\n\nB.
