Stat. tit. 62, § 62-3105","heading":"Retirement bills - Presentation to Legislative Actuary -","body":"Certification of fiscal impact - Restrictions.\n\nAs a condition precedent to the introduction of any retirement\n\nbill, the applicable legislative staff, on behalf of the member of\n\nthe Legislature who intends to be the primary author of the bill\n\nmust present an exact copy of the proposed bill, which must bear an\n\nRB number, to the Legislative Actuary. The Legislative Actuary\n\nshall determine whether the proposed bill is a retirement bill\n\nhaving a fiscal impact or a nonfiscal retirement bill and provide a\n\nwritten certification of that determination to the member of the\n\nLegislature who intends to be the primary author of the bill. Such\n\ncertification shall specifically identify the proposed bill by\n\nreference to the RB number. If the proposed bill is introduced into\n\nthe Legislature, it shall have attached thereto the original of the\n\ncertification of the Legislative Actuary. If the RB number on the\n\nbill as offered for introduction is different from the RB number\n\nshown on the certification of the Legislative Actuary or if the bill\n\nas offered for introduction does not bear an RB number on each page\n\nof the bill, the bill may not be accepted for introduction by the\n\nSecretary of the Senate or the Clerk of the House of\n\nRepresentatives, and the bill may not be considered by any committee\n\nof the House of Representatives or the Senate or by the House of\n\nRepresentatives or the Senate.
