Stat. tit. 62, § 62-3106.1","heading":"Amendments creating nonfiscal retirement bill or","body":"retirement bill having fiscal impact.\n\nA. Any amendment made to any non-retirement bill or resolution\n\nwhich would cause the bill or resolution to become a nonfiscal\n\nretirement bill or a retirement bill having a fiscal impact as\n\ndefined in the Oklahoma Pension Legislation Actuarial Analysis Act\n\nshall result in the bill or resolution being assigned an RB number\n\nby the applicable legislative staff. The bill or resolution shall\n\nbe submitted to the Legislative Actuary by the chair of the\n\ncommittee, if a committee amendment, or by the presiding officer of\n\nthe Senate or House of Representatives if the amendment was made by\n\nthe Senate or the House of Representatives or by the author of such\n\nbill when the bill is assigned to a conference committee. If the\n\nLegislative Actuary certifies in writing that the amendment causes\n\nthe bill to become a nonfiscal retirement bill and does not cause\n\nthe bill to become a retirement bill having a fiscal impact, the\n\nbill, as amended, may continue in the legislative process as any\n\nother bill. If the Legislative Actuary will not issue such a\n\ncertification for the amendment, the progress of the bill in the\n\nlegislative process will end, and the bill shall not be considered\n\nfurther by either the Senate or House of Representatives.\n\nB. An amendment to a non-retirement bill which causes the bill\n\nto become a retirement bill having a fiscal impact may be withdrawn\n\nby the committee which made the amendment, if a committee amendment,\n\nor by the Senate, if that body made the amendment, or by the House\n\nof Representatives, if that body made the amendment, or by the\n\nauthor of the bill, if the amendment was made in conference.
