Stat. tit. 62, § 62-3108","heading":"Retirement bills having fiscal impact - Committee","body":"amendments - Transmission to Legislative Actuary.\n\nA. A retirement bill having a fiscal impact which the committee\n\nwishes to consider may be amended, if necessary, by the committee.\n\nIf a retirement bill having a fiscal impact is changed by the\n\ncommittee to which it is assigned, such change shall be accomplished\n\nonly by a substitute bill.\n\nB. Immediately after a retirement bill having a fiscal impact\n\nhas been considered and the committee has voted in favor of an\n\nactuarial investigation, the chair of the committee to which the\n\nbill was assigned shall transmit an exact copy of the bill, as\n\namended by a substitute bill by the committee, when applicable, to\n\nthe Legislative Actuary. The copy submitted to the Legislative\n\nActuary shall bear an RB number.
