Following the close of each regular legislative session\n\nduring which retirement bills having a fiscal impact may be enacted,\n\nthe State Board of Equalization shall make a determination for each\n\nsuch bill enacted during such session, which is not vetoed by the\n\nGovernor, of whether or not provision has been made for the\n\nconcurrent funding of the bill in conformity with the applicable\n\nrequirements of Section 311 of this title.\n\nB. The Legislative Actuary, the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services, legislative staff, retirement\n\nsystem administrators, and employers shall provide such information\n\nand assistance as may be necessary for the State Board of\n\nEqualization to make the determinations required by subsection A of\n\nthis section.\n\nC. The State Board of Equalization shall make the\n\ndeterminations required by subsection A of this section by not later\n\nthan the fifteenth day immediately following the last day on which\n\nthe Governor is authorized to veto bills following the close of each\n\nregular legislative session. The State Board of Equalization's\n\nfindings shall be made in a report to the Secretary of State showing\n\nthe determination for each retirement bill by reference to the\n\nrespective Senate or House of Representatives number for the bill.\n\nThe report shall be submitted to the Secretary of State by not later\n\nthan the last day on which the State Board of Equalization is\n\nrequired to make the determinations.
