Stat. tit. 62, § 62-3113","heading":"Interpretation and construction of act","body":"No provision of the Oklahoma Pension Legislation Actuarial\n\nAnalysis Act generally and no provision of Section 11 of this act in\n\nparticular shall:\n\n1. Create or be construed to create a contractual right to a\n\nretirement benefit or a contractual right in the provisions of a\n\nretirement system law which does not exist independently of the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Pension Legislation Actuarial Analysis\n\nAct; and\n\n2.
