Stat. tit. 62, § 62-326","heading":"Rental from forest reserves - Disposition and","body":"apportionment.\n\nFrom and after the passage of this act, each county treasurer\n\nof this state shall, out of any funds now on hand and any funds\n\nhereinafter received by him from the United States Government as\n\nsaid County's share of the rentals from forest reserves located\n\ntherein, immediately apportion same as follows:\n\n1st. Twenty-five percent (25%) of all money now on hand and\n\nhereinafter received to be prorated and apportioned among the\n\nvarious school districts of said counties situated and located\n\ncontiguous to such forest reserves, according to the scholastic\n\npopulation thereof;\n\n2nd.
